Job Title: Fabric Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fabric quality assurance specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our knitting production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire knitting production process, from start to finish, to guarantee the delivery of high-quality fabrics that meet customer specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of greige fabrics to identify any defects or irregularities, such as holes, barre, spirality, contamination, and GSM variations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address any identified quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Work closely with technical teams to resolve any machine-related issues that may affect fabric quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports and defect logs.
Requirements:
  • Possess extensive knowledge of knitting machine parameters and their impact on fabric quality.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, technical, and quality assurance.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional quality results, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
