Senior Security Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage security assurance programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee external audits, collaborate with auditors, and provide necessary documentation.
- Identify security gaps, develop remediation strategies, and implement improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on security frameworks, influencing organizational strategy.
- Develop security standards and policies, aligning with industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability evaluations, and evaluate the organization's overall security posture.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive security practices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 7-10 years of experience in information security, focusing on security assurance and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including HITRUST CSF, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
