
Strategic Learning Developer

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive learning strategies and programs that drive employee growth and development across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and deploy learning methods company-wide, encompassing coaching, job shadowing, and online training initiatives.
- Create and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings to cater to the needs of employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development plans and provide guidance on how employees can make the most of learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing and succession planning.
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager or a similar role is essential.
- A strong understanding of effective learning and development methodologies is required.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices is necessary.
- Experience in project management and budgeting is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is expected.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with sharp business acumen, are highly valued.
- Able to build rapport with employees and vendors is essential.
- A degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus.
