Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Initiative Manager to lead cross-functional projects across various domains.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks, incorporating best practices and methodologies.
  • Cultivate and manage the organization's Knowledge Management System (KMS), driving knowledge sharing and retention.
  • Identify, assess, and track project risks, issues, and opportunities, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and team members, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Supervise project managers and Scrum Masters to ensure seamless project execution and delivery excellence.
  • Monitor progress, prepare detailed MIS reports, and present updates to leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, combined with substantial experience in program/project management.
  • Formal training in recognized project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and reporting skills, with a focus on clarity, concision, and impact.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master, demonstrating expertise and commitment to professional development.
  • A successful track record of delivering high-profile projects across diverse domains, including IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications.
