We're seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide and inspire our dedicated team. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive team performance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in team handling
  • Experience in GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
  • Expertise in Windows, MS Office, and Google Applications
  • Fluency in English, with any additional language considered an asset
  • Strong team player qualities

The Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Team development and growth
  • Supporting team members in their daily tasks
  • Delivering training on the job
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to grow in their role
  • Managing team members' daily schedules and ensuring assigned tasks are completed
  • Supervising attendance and ensuring time adherence by all team members
  • Monitoring calls and delegating cases as appropriate
