Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused professional to lead our customer success team. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless campaign execution, building strong relationships, driving retention, and identifying growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued business with our organization.
