Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to lead our project sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust sales strategy that prioritizes customer needs and financial objectives
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer requirements
- Establish strong relationships with key clients through regular business meetings and presentations
- Promote the company's products or services by addressing or predicting client objectives
- Prepare sales contracts while ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data
- Provide exceptional customer support and build trust with clients
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Guide junior staff in becoming valuable sales professionals
Functional Area: This role involves sales, project management, and construction industry sales. It requires strong business development skills and experience working with diverse clients.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Sales execution: Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations.
- Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's products or services and communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Business acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial awareness to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Team leadership: Guide and develop junior staff to become valuable sales professionals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry is required.
