About Our Role

We seek a skilled professional to lead end-to-end delivery of audiovisual integration projects.

This role involves project planning, execution, and handover, ensuring timely delivery and high technical standards.

  • Manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within scope.
  • Serve as primary client contact, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure systems are delivered to high technical standards and industry best practices.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, display, and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
