Job Location:Ahemdabad/Bangalore/Delhi/Hyderabad/Mumbai/PuneJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Audio-Visual (AV) Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering tailored AV solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of AV products, industry trends, and sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present AV solutions, demonstrating knowledge of products and services.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully. Account Management:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

Understand client needs and provide customized AV solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, design, installation) to ensure project success. Monitor and manage project progress, addressing any issues promptly.

Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Product & Industry Knowledge:Stay up to date with AV industry trends, products, and competitors. Maintain expertise in AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, and control systems.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to expand knowledge. Reporting & Administration:Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends. Qualifications & Skills:Education:Master/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in AV sales, account management, or a related role.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AV solutions, including video conferencing, control systems, and integration. Sales Skills:Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a consultative sales approach. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service:Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Problem-Solving:Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored AV solutions. Software Proficiency:Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and AV design tools is a plus.
