API Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced API Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage API projects by defining project goals and objectives, developing and implementing project plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute activities in line with plans.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, IPR, Analytical R&D, Ops, Quality, and SCM teams to ensure project timelines align with business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Generate regular management information system (MIS) reports as per agreed frequencies.
Requirements:
  • 9-15 years of experience in program management with a focus on API projects in the pharma industry.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, life sciences, or business administration.
Desired Attributes:
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and other relevant tools.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in API program/project management roles in the pharma industry, with a strong understanding of project management concepts and tools. They should be able to generate regular MIS reports, have knowledge of QA and regulatory requirements, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills is essential for this role.
