Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guntur for a Salesforce Mentor. The Salesforce Mentor will be responsible for providing mentorship and guidance on Salesforce best practices, assisting with Salesforce development and customization, overseeing training sessions for team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce projects. The Mentor will also support troubleshooting and provide strategic advice to optimize Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Development and Customization
  • Knowledge in API integration and MuleSoft technology
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and project implementation
  • Excellent mentoring and training skills
  • Experience with code reviews and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in guiding teams and providing strategic advice on Salesforce solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Salesforce Certification is a plus
