API Management Expert Wanted

We're seeking a seasoned API Management expert to spearhead our team's efforts in designing and implementing cutting-edge API solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement API management solutions using IBM API Connect (APIC) and other tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and governance of APIs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in API management tools, including IBM API Connect (APIC).
  • Sound knowledge of REST API, API lifecycle management, security (OAuth, JWT, MTLS), and API gateway patterns.
  • Experience with API governance, developer portal configuration, and subscription models.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation for API deployment.
  • Ability to build and implement API-led architecture using API Management tools.
  • Familiarity with Observability concepts, Open Telemetry, and Splunk.
  • Knowledge of Backstage, Git Hubs, and Azure DevOps.
