Job Overview:

NoBroker HR is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee a team of sales managers in our Chennai office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving team performance, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to address customer needs

• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance

• Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among team members

• Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on team performance and progress

• Manage the administration function, operational performance reporting, and streamlining processes wherever possible

• Develop and maintain healthy & long-term relationship with developers

• Active participation in field site visits and assisting in driving closures

• Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly cluster-level sales plans

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to evaluate and improve the performance of sales managers

• Recruit and coach sales managers for city expansion

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and analyze the underlying factors impacting the business and develop and implement solutions

• Implement new strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business units, thereby strengthening the overall performance of the organization

Pre-Requisites:

• Prior team management experience

• Strong sales background in an individual capacity

• In-Depth knowledge about the location/city you have applied for

• Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in a target-driven role

• B2C sales experience is preferred

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills RCA skills

• Required Exp - 3 years to 8 Years (Min 2 Years of team handling exp)

• Working Days: 6 days (Saturday and Sunday working)
