Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious candidate to join our team as a Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Initiate contact with potential customers via calls to provide detailed information about our projects.
  • PERSUASIVE COMMUNICATION: Convince customers for site visits by effectively communicating project details.
  • FOLLOW-UP AND SITE VISITS: Conduct meticulous follow-ups to ensure scheduled site visits and articulate project features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
  • CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING AND PITCHING: Understand the profile and preferences of customers to tailor project pitches accordingly and possess a good understanding of market competition and prices to effectively position our projects.
  • NEGOTIATION AND CLOSURE: Skillfully negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close deals at the target prices.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in Chennai apartment sales, preferably within the real estate sector. A 2-wheeler is necessary for travel.
