As a Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the growth function to drive business expansion and success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth hacking, product marketing, and demand generation, with excellent analytical skills and numerical data comfort.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that align with overall business objectives, striking a balance between strategic brand-building activities and quick wins.
Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product and revenue operations leaders, to ensure seamless collaboration and goal achievement.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, scaling up from scratch.
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition funnel management, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Goal-driven, with excellent analytical skills and numerical data comfort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and liaising with stakeholders.
