Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
- Must have experience in Veeva Vault and possess knowledge of ITIL processes and support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Able to troubleshoot complex and challenging technical issues with ease.
- Responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues related to applications.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
- Provide support to end users, addressing their concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
