Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and organized Business Development Support Specialists to assist with the growth of our digital healthcare platform.

  • Assist in daily operational tasks across various business functions.
  • Support project management activities by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to data analysis and process optimization for efficiency improvements.
  • Provide support to sales and marketing initiatives, helping to streamline communication channels between teams and clients.
  • Participate in report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks to ensure smooth service delivery and customer support processes.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good understanding of operations, sales, or project management principles.
  • Organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software is an asset.
  • Educational Requirement: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
