Human Resources Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, people management, and compliance to support organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements, conduct employee induction, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling, promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, track KPIs, and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs in consultation with managers, coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
