Job Title: Voice Process Executive - Customer Service
Job Description:We are seeking a customer-focused voice process executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our international clients in the United States. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand and resolve client concerns related to products, services, or orders.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Provide information, support, and troubleshooting as per established processes.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets.
- Adhere to communication scripts and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US accent preferred).
- Ability to work based on client requirements.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in a voice-based BPO US process is an asset, but not mandatory.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and build a rewarding career in customer service.
