Partner Engagement Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Partner Engagement Manager to oversee our strategic partner relationships.

This role requires a blend of relationship management, operational oversight, and account servicing, ensuring partners are supported, satisfied, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Partner Lifecycle: Oversee end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, deliverables, invoicing, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related queries, communications, and escalations.
  • Meet Deadlines: Meet strict deadlines related to publishing reports, sharing partner listings, and fulfilling time-sensitive requests.
  • Contract Verification: Conduct contract verification to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational terms before activation.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks by calling newly onboarded partners to verify onboarding experience, clarify details, and ensure they meet predefined standards and service-level expectations.
  • Escalate Issues: Identify and escalate any inconsistencies, concerns, or red flags observed during partner calls.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of all communication for audit and quality assurance purposes.
  • Partner Database: Update and maintain the partner database, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Reward Terms and Conditions: Ensure that all reward terms and conditions (T&Cs) are accurately recorded, updated in real-time, easily accessible, and fully compliant with company policies.
  • Reports and Reconciliation: Prepare regular reports summarizing invoice status, payment history, and outstanding balances. Collaborate with finance and accounts teams to support smooth reconciliation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: A degree in any discipline.
  • Partnership Experience: 3+ years of experience in partnerships account management, client success/servicing, or relationship management roles.
  • Strong Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building long-term relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of commonly used formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, PivotTables, and basic data analysis functions.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in task prioritization and time management, ensuring high-quality execution under pressure.
  • Flexibility: Flexible and solution-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic settings.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, Client Servicing, operations, and business development.
