Job Overview

As a Wealth and NRI Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing high net worth individual relationships and driving business growth through sales and customer engagement.

  • Develop and manage relationships with HNI/NRI clients to grow their banking and investment portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and grow the business through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Capture and maximize business opportunities through detailed client profiling and regular engagement.
  • Ensure all sales activity is recorded online as per organizational process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of HNI/NRI clients to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and deepen relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
  • Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI/NRI clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
