Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Chennai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and conducting market research. Daily tasks include driving sales initiatives, providing training and support to the sales team, and enhancing customer service standards. You will work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and supporting the sales team
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
