Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our internal team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and configuring core SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals Management.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors modules, providing level 2/3 support for issue resolution, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.

Required skills and qualifications include proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow, and ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.

Preferred skills include working knowledge of Learning Management System and reporting tools, strong learner mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, and PMGM.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders/Product Owner to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.
  • Document changes, updates, and issue resolutions following internal IT change management protocols.
  • Coordinate with SAP Support (SAP ONE Support Launchpad) for any escalated technical issues.
