Job Opportunity:

SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning and Analytics Expert
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics modules.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver dashboards, analytics, and reports aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering business requirements and designing scalable solutions for strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
  • Developing, enhancing, and maintaining BIRT reports tailored to client-specific KPIs and business metrics.
  • Working with SAP Metadata Framework (MDF), Report Center, and calculated columns in WFA.
  • Conducting system testing, supporting user training, and providing post-implementation support.
  • Assisting with data modeling, data mapping, and integration of WFA with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 2–3 years in WFP and WFA.
  • Strong proficiency in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool) for developing custom reports.
  • In-depth understanding of data models, calculated columns, and metrics packs in Workforce Analytics.
  • Experience integrating WFA with core HR systems and external data sources.
  • Familiarity with MDF (Metadata Framework), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Report Center.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
