Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors across our organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the platform and its various modules, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors development and integration, with hands-on expertise in configuring and integrating SuccessFactors modules. Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors SDK, APIs, and integration tools is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP SuccessFactors-related activities, overseeing technical, functional, and integration requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure proper implementation of SuccessFactors modules.
  • Manage integration projects across multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and providing leadership for technical problem-solving.
