Job Summary

This role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, developing strategies and plans to meet performance metrics, and promoting a positive work culture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Translate client requirements into actionable procedures.
  • Map resource needs and train team members on tools and processes.
  • Foster collaboration between onshore teams and clients.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through compliance and service accuracy.
  • Create goals and performance plans for teams, promote operational excellence, and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
  • A degree with relevant experience post-graduation and aggregate marks of 45 or higher.
  • A minimum of 10 years of overall work experience, with 10-14 years preferred.
  • Experience in managing an international customer service team, preferably voice, with people management experience of more than 6 years preferred.
