You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, converting leads into sales, and maintaining knowledge of products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales team, setting daily goals and monitoring progress.
- Handle customer inquiries, address objections, and pitch offerings with precision and emotional intelligence.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
- Drive adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) throughout the sales process.
- Foster upsell conversations and promote additional services to customers.
- Train the sales team on pitch structure, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.
- Monitor visitor patterns, buyer questions, and conversion blockers.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 8–10 years of experience in front-end sales, preferably in real estate.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and delivering high-value closures.
- Familiarity with premium homebuyers and high-touch engagement environments.
