Job Role: Onboarding Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end onboarding strategies to ensure seamless transitions for new employees.
  • Liaise with internal teams to understand client requirements and customize onboarding solutions accordingly.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Collect, verify, and process necessary documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities for audit purposes.
Onboarding Support:
  • Facilitate the onboarding of client employees into HR systems.
  • Communicate policies, benefits packages, and relevant information to client employees in a timely manner.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Track key metrics such as onboarding timelines, client satisfaction scores, and employee engagement levels.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on onboarding performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HRO, HR services, or related industries with at least 5 years in an onboarding or implementation role lead/Manager role.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Able to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
  • Able to deliver effective training sessions.

Skills required include proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Excel skills. Ability to work 24*7 shift timings is also essential. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent analytical abilities.
