Talent Acquisition Onboarding Manager RoleThe Talent Acquisition Onboarding Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process of new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into our organization.
This critical role involves coordinating with internal teams, aligning with client objectives, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to establish a strong foundation for long-term client satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored onboarding solutions.
Key Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in HRO, HR services, or related industries, with at least 5 years in an onboarding or implementation leadership role.
- Managed a team size of 35+ members.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR).
- Advanced Excel expertise.
