What you'll do?

Drive end-to-end recruitment journeys (from first hello to onboarding day)

Partner with leading brands to shape their teams

Hunt, connect, and engage with top talent

Be the reason careers and companies grow together

What We're Looking For :

Experience in recruitment / staffing (IT & Non-IT)

Strong communication & decision-making skills

Balance of data-driven mindset & people-first approach

A go-getter mindset that thrives on targets

Client Handling and onboarding experience

Having new client that you can onboarded will be an advantage

Hunger to grow with a company that's growing fast

Salary Budget & Work Mode :

Talent Acquisition Manager/HR Manager : REMOTE JOB { 3.5LPA to 6LPA }

Recruiter : REMOTE JOB { 1.7LPA to 3LPA }
