Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Coimbatore. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee all facets of the hiring and recruiting process, including identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent. Responsibilities include managing full-life cycle recruiting, implementing employer branding strategies, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfil staffing needs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders to build a strong workforce aligned with organisational goals. He/She should be able to guide a team of HR Professionals to achieve companies staffing agenda. Qualifications - Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies, Bulk Hiring, Campus Recruitment. - Knowledge of Hiring trends and employee retention strategies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously. - Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is preferred. - Minimum 8 to 10 years experience with MBA in Human Resource. - Willing to relocate to Coimbatore (Onsite) without any Hybrid Option. Other requirements - A Candidate who is fluent in Tamil, English, and any other Indian Languages would be an asset as He/She has to deal with potential candidates across the Country. - Early Joiners would be preferred. - We offer a market competitive pay package which would be in line with health industry standards. - Recruitment for US based clients would be an added advantage.
