Senior Speech Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Speech Therapist to join our team.

As a Senior Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children.

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
  • Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
  • Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child.
  • Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
  • Revise goals regularly based on each child's progress.
  • Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.
  • Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback.
  • Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and reporting managers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.
  • Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.
