Service Design Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a design background and be skilled in user-centered design methodologies, such as User Research, Systems Design, and Service Design.

  • This role involves designing and delivering innovation programs for corporate clients, working closely with the Director of Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create tailored innovation programs and proposals that meet client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value.
  • Derive insights to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams throughout the project lifecycle: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space (Accelerators, innovation hub/consultancy, design agency).
  • Master of user-centered design methodologies, facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions, and exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of technological trends and challenges, mastery of PPT / Keynote, and proactive approach to bringing new insights on user-centered design methodologies.
