Job Title: Statistical Programming Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Statistical Programming Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on complex projects, providing hands-on support for project completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and efficient programming solutions for analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
  • Participate in the review of Case Report Forms (CRFs), CRF annotations, Statistical Analysis Plans, SDTM/ADAM specifications, datasets, and TLFs.
  • Ensure all statistical activities align with internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP, and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Statistical Programming with proficiency in SAS and CDISC.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience in handling complex efficacy domains and TFLs.
  • Knowledge of specialized therapeutic areas (TAs) such as oncology, immunology, and neurology would be an advantage.
