Job Title: Team Leader Billing/Accounting

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader with expertise in billing and accounting to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive business performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, business administration).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader, managing a team of 15+ individuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
