Centre Head Job Description

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the performance of our clinics, driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving revenue growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinic revenue and profitability targets by implementing effective strategies and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Drive sales through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in all clinic services.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team to ensure excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Client Experience:
  • Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience by implementing processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development:
  • Build local partnerships and collaborations to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with marketing and BTL teams to develop city-specific activation plans and promote the brand.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA degree preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with high ownership and accountability.
