Healthcare Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our product and R&D team in shaping innovative healthcare solutions. This role is perfect for someone who wants to blend their clinical/management background with tech innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our product team to test new features, evaluate tools, and suggest improvements based on real-world use cases.
  • Share practical knowledge of healthcare workflows, challenges, and needs to tailor solutions that work in various settings.
  • Assist in product testing rounds, gather feedback from peers, and contribute to usability reviews of upcoming features.
  • Participate in idea-sharing sessions with our tech team to improve communication tools, AI features, reminders, and clinical support tools.
  • Support internal and external teams by translating product features into practical use cases for frontline workers.

Ideal Background

  • Clinical, administrative, or academic healthcare experience.
  • Familiarity with digital health tools (EMRs, telehealth, AI, mobile apps).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
