As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this vision by leveraging your expertise in data science and machine learning to build cutting-edge solutions that transform patient care.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and leading the development of various artificial intelligence initiatives aimed at improving health and wellness outcomes for patients. You'll work closely with business leaders and customers to understand their pain points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build large-scale solutions that meet their needs.

One of the key challenges we're facing in the healthcare industry is the complexity of patient data. We're looking for someone who can break down these complex problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows that drive real results. If you have a passion for AI/ML and experience working with large datasets, we want to hear from you.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll be working with a diverse team of experts, including engineers, product managers, and clinicians, so it's essential that you can distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in machine learning and Python
  • Deep experience in classical and new-age NLP techniques, including transformer architectures and fine-tuning
  • Strong understanding of advanced machine learning concepts, including LLM tuning techniques like PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA
  • Experience with GenAI tools and techniques, including RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following frameworks: LangChain, Crew.AI
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, including PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers
  • Experience with at least one ML platform, such as Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker
