As a highly skilled Sales Operations Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track sales metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth. Present clear and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python for data manipulation/transformations (DataFrames, Pandas, NumPy).
  • Advanced experience with Tableau (dashboarding, reporting, visual analytics).
  • Experience in Sales Operations (Salesforce CRM preferred).
