Job Overview

As an Oracle Demantra Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting product functionality to business processes and providing implementation advice to customers on how to meet their diverse business needs.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relate Product Functionality to Business Processes: Develop a deep understanding of Oracle Demantra's product features and functionalities and relate them to business processes to provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Provide Implementation Advice: Offer expert advice to customers on how to implement Oracle Demantra in their organizations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Develop Customized Solutions: Work with customers to identify their unique business challenges and develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle ASCP/Demantra/Oracle Cloud/Order Promising and experience with integrated supply chain environments with Oracle ERP (JDE, EBS, Fusion etc.)
  • Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen and ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze customer requirements and develop customized solutions
