Oracle Cloud/Fusion PPM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

The role of the Oracle Cloud/Fusion PPM Functional Consultant is to provide technical expertise in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud for Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the capabilities and features of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM, as well as experience with its integration with other Oracle cloud services.

The consultant will work closely with clients to identify their business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. This may involve configuring projects, understanding downstream processes, and connecting with Fusion Financials. The consultant should have knowledge of out-of-the-box reporting capabilities and conducting Configuration Request Processes (CRP) sessions.

Key responsibilities include mapping business requirements to Fusion Configs, defining Config documents, writing functional specifications for extensions, integrations, and reports, and having a basic understanding of Fusion PPM, APIs, FBDIs, and reporting (BIP & OTBI).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud for Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and deployment models
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, FBDIs, and reporting (BIP & OTBI)
Business Acumen:
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
