Job Opportunity

A freelance technical consultant is sought to work on Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.

Job Requirements
  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with a focus on HRMS.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
Prefrences
  • Knowledge of performance tuning for integrations.
  • Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Experience with cloud integrations (Fusion HR/Payroll, SaaS systems).
About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services. They will also perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies. In addition, they will develop and customize RICE components using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.

Furthermore, the candidate will work on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits). They will build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).

The candidate will support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity. They will identify and map configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables, establishing relationships across scattered data entities. Finally, they will troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support.

This is a freelance opportunity that requires strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a remote setup.
