Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Oracle C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Utilities C2M solutions that meet the needs of our clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M suite, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration (e.g., with MWM or external FSM platforms), Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end systems, and meter-to-cash (M2C) processes.
  • Expertise in billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, service orders, and strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations.
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT, as well as familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows (via SGG or custom adapters), strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications, and understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards.
