Job Title: Oracle HRM Solution Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Drive the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Configuration Tasks:
  • Configure timecard layouts, time attributes, and time collection rules.
  • Setup approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  • Custom Development:
  • Develop custom formulas for time, payroll, and validations.
  • Integrate third-party applications and manage security setup.
  • Design reports and HCM extracts.

About the Role:

This role involves leading the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The successful candidate will drive the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. They will also be responsible for configuring key features, developing custom solutions, and managing security setup.
