Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and develop customized functional designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, with a strong focus on functional consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn.
  • Experience working with small and large teams, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
