Unlocking Business Growth with Data Science

As a seasoned Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in driving innovation through the power of data. Your key objective will be to build and deploy machine learning models that enable product recommendations, unlock customer insights, and directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models to support product recommendations and personalization.
  • Data Modeling: Develop and implement robust data models using SQL to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable datasets.
  • Customer Insights: Work on customer segmentation and forecasting use cases to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into actionable data solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Leverage tools like Snowflake and DBT for data transformation and model building.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows.
  • Experience in SQL for data modeling and querying.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, recommendation systems).
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch (or other ML frameworks).
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and DBT.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Background:

  • 1–3 years of applied experience in Data Science / ML.
  • Prior experience in E-commerce (essential).
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud ML platforms is desirable.
