Healthcare Software Developer Role

We are expanding our suite of Improvement Apps, which include products for healthcare analytics and process improvement solutions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse Improvement Apps, designing, developing, and maintaining platforms that serve internal teams, clinicians, and patients. You will rely on Test-Driven Development to enhance and refactor our system, shipping production code multiple times per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports relating to patient engagement.
  • Contributing to database design, implementation, and maintenance, as well as data collection systems, data analytics, and strategies that optimize statistical analysis and data quality.
  • Acquiring and maintaining data from primary or secondary sources, extracting data sets from relational databases, and ensuring database/data systems can be incorporated into our data products.
  • Filtering and 'cleaning' data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
  • Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of C#/.Net/Angular/Microservices/DS&A.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and architecture patterns, preferably Azure or AWS.
  • Software development experience within healthcare IT, with an understanding of key data models and interoperability standards.
  • Agile/Scrum software development practices and Business Intelligence or Data warehousing experience preferred.
