Job Opportunity:

Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a major digital transformation initiative that will revolutionize post trade processing at a leading Investment Bank.

This role involves designing and building the next generation of business applications using the latest technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop best-in-class solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver the right thing.

Your responsibilities will include driving the development of new platform capabilities in the Digital Core, providing technology solutions to solve business problems, and interacting consistently with key stakeholders. You will also contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs working across the Digital Operations platform to ensure we build solutions in the right way.

You will have the opportunity to conduct code reviews and test software as needed, participate in application architecture and design, and see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process from test to production.

About You:

  • You are a Java software engineer with 8+ years of experience, strong in Core Java, Collections skills, and familiar with Spring Framework (Core / Boot / Integration).
  • You have good knowledge of design patterns applicable to data streaming and experience with Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and the ELK stack is highly desirable.
  • You are proficient in front-end technologies like Angular/JavaScript / React / Redux and familiar with CI / CD (TeamCity / Jenkins), Git / GitHub /GitLab.
  • You have experience with Docker/containerization technologies and Microsoft Azure, and a proven track record in an agile SDLC in a large-scale enterprise environment.
