Product Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Expert to join our team.

This role involves designing, implementing, and testing end-to-end features that meet both technical and product-centric requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills in backend and frontend technologies, experience with API development, integration, and database management, as well as a solid understanding of testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, and feature validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bridge the gap between engineering and product requirements, deeply understanding product vision, business logic, and end-user needs.
  • Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Own feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery.
  • Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability.
  • Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
  • Establish efficient team workflows and document systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and product teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination.
  • Strong coding skills in backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
  • Experience with API development, integration, and database management.
  • Product thinking with strong mindset for user experience and business value.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate engineering workflows.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, and feature validation.
