Expert Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly experienced software developer with a passion for mentoring and teaching. This role is ideal for someone who has worked extensively with modern enterprise tech stacks and now wants to train and guide the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for software development and related topics.
  • Guide students through hands-on exercises, real-world projects, and mentorship activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback, code reviews, and guidance to ensure students achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with our curriculum team to design and implement effective learning materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–10+ years industry experience as a software developer or senior engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git workflows, testing frameworks, design patterns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor (not mandatory).
  • Exposure to Agile practices, microservices, and security best practices.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into beginner-friendly lessons.
